1. Services Offered

The Soul Doctor Method™ provides online healing sessions incorporating Restore (Figure 8 Healing), Defuse (Defusing), Attune (Attuning), and related modalities. Sessions are delivered virtually and are 60 minutes in duration unless otherwise agreed. Our services are offered as complementary well-being support and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or pastoral advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should continue to consult with qualified professionals regarding any medical, psychological, or other professional concerns. If you are in crisis or experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately.

2. Bookings and Scheduling

Sessions are booked through our scheduling platform (currently Zeeg) or by contacting us directly. By booking a session, you agree to attend at the scheduled time or provide reasonable notice of any changes.

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited. Exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Packages and Payment

Packages (Discovery, Transform, Deep Immersion) are purchased as a set of sessions at the agreed price. All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase or as otherwise arranged.

Package sessions are intended for use within 12 months of purchase. Extensions may be arranged by mutual agreement. Introductory and Continuity sessions are booked and paid individually.

4. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your experience, please contact us and we will work with you to find a resolution. Unused sessions within a package may be eligible for a partial refund, less the value of any sessions already completed at the individual session rate. Refund requests must be made in writing to souldoctor369@gmail.com.

The complimentary meet-and-greet consultation carries no financial obligation.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate personal and health information relevant to your sessions. You agree to participate in sessions from a quiet, private environment where you will not be disturbed. You acknowledge that healing is a collaborative process and that results vary between individuals.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose session content to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law. Our full privacy practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, design, and The Soul Doctor Method™ name and mark, is the intellectual property of The Soul Doctor Method™ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Soul Doctor Method™ provides its services in good faith and with professional care. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from our sessions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or this website.

Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

The Soul Doctor Method™ is a complementary healing practice. Our services and the information provided on this website are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or pastoral advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our sessions are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, or mental health disorder.

You should not delay seeking or disregard professional advice on the basis of anything communicated during a session or presented on this website. If you are in crisis, experiencing a medical emergency, or require urgent psychological support, please contact your local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional immediately.

You should not stop, reduce, or discontinue any current therapies, treatments, medications, or prescriptions as a result of anything experienced during a session or read on this website, unless under the direct advisement of a registered professional qualified in that area.

Healing outcomes are personal and vary between individuals. While many clients report meaningful shifts in their physical, emotional, and energetic well-being, no specific outcome is guaranteed.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
