The Three Modalities
The foundations of the method
Each healing package draws from three distinct yet complementary modalities. Sessions can focus on a single approach or weave all three together, tailored to what you need most.
Restore
Through Figure 8 Healing, we work with the body’s original blueprint to restore alignment where pain, restriction, or dysfunction has taken hold. The Figure 8 pattern, found throughout nature, guides restoration at the cellular and energetic level, bringing a body part or system back toward its innate design. Shifts continue to integrate over days and weeks.

Defuse
Through Defusing, we neutralise the stored triggers and reactive patterns that drive suffering in the mind-body space. Triggers are rigid energy structures, sometimes representing an entire person, situation, or sensory memory. Once a trigger is neutralised, the reaction it produced dissolves and the energy bound within it is freed to flow naturally. New clarity, relief, and perspective follow.
